From breeding a cool "Patternless Sided" male to an aberrant female..........both were raised from babies out of Africa...........I really like the way this little dude looks..........( lou's girl )

Here is a pic of mom on her eggs

STATUS:

Hatched

3.2 babies sired from the "Patternless Sided" male hatched on 7/03/03...........one of the babies is a "Black Pastel" or a "Cinnamon Pastel"..........as you can see above............the Mom's name is "Lou's Girl".............that is because Lou picked her out of a group of baby imports many moons ago.......she was a very nice "red-ish cinnamon color" as a baby................well she just produced a carbon of herself in this clutch.............a little male!!...........so we were very happy to see this little guy pop out of the egg...............and we kinda forgot about it.............as the mom matured and lost some of her cool colors...............we just figured she was nothing special..........but after seeing some breeders "prove out" the "Black Pastel" and the "Cinnamon Pastel" gene.............I knew she was the same thing........so this little male will get bred back to his mom and hopefully make some type of "Super"..............this was a nice surprise!!........;)......you can see more pics of the new little male on the July 4th and 5th Journal Entry.

Here is a pic of me holding the little dude right after he hatched.......;)

DESCRIPTION:

From breeding a Lavender Albino male to a normal Albino female.............I was hoping to get a viable clutch from this breeding. I wanted to see if the Lavender Albino gene is compatible with the normal Albino gene?...........I hope this one egg hatches.............if it is normal.............I would say that the two genes do not cross............if it is an Albino...........then I would have to say that the two genes DO cross..............have to wait and see..........this girl did give me some bad eggs last year ( alb f # 2 )

Here is a pic of mom on her eggs

STATUS:

The one and only egg from this clutch went bad................I really wanted this one to happen...............next season I will breed a Lavender Albino male to a better egg producer ( Albino )......;)
