From breeding a Stinger Bee male to a "Banana sib" female. The "Banana" is a ball python that I have been dinking with for many years. This is not to be confused with the Bananas that are established and on the market today...( 07 banana sib f # 1 )

This is just the name I'm using while I'm dinkin' with it........you can catch up on some of the history of the "RDR Banana" by checking out 2007 clutch # 58...this is the clutch where I produced the "Banana Bird Eater....and also the Mom to this clutch...you can see her pictured as a baby and listed as "07 spider sib female # 3"........her name was changed to "07 banana sib female # 1".....

Also 2004 clutch # 35 is where the project actually started

Blahh........anyway......I "think" the Mom of this clutch is the same thing as her Mom.....so I stepped it up this season and tried a "Enchi Spider" ( aka "Stinger Bee ) male on her........maybe there will be another "Bird"........or a cool cross of all "3" traits??..........

1.1 Tangerine Enchi, 1.1 Tangerine Stinger Bee ( aka Tangerine Enchi Spider ) and 0.1 Tangerine hatched out on 8/23/11. I put the name "banana" to rest....too confusing with the established genetic Banana....soooo........I'm going with "Tangerine".....I think it fits the morph well. As you can see it goes quite well with the Enchi and Spider morphs.

OZ from Ozzie Boids has what he calls the "Orange Dream" which I would suspect ( as does OZ ) that my "Tangs" are the same thing. This project sat on the back burner too long!! I've always been a huge fan of nice deep oranges and flames in ball pythons.......I think the "Tangs" will help turn up the HEAT!!

0.2 Stinger Bee, 0.1 Spider and 0.1 normal hatched out on 8/26/11. The Stingers are "Enchi Pastel Spiders".........as you can see compared to the pics in clutch # 8 ( above ).....the "Tangerine Enchi Pastel Spiders" have a little extra "KICK" due to the Tang gene.......OUT!
