This
is a very interesting mutation......."
if it is one?"............the male
pictured on the left is my "Dirty Joe"..........there
seem to be a zillion of these snakes in
breeders collections ...........I would
say that 95% of the ones I have seen are
not the same thing as "Dirty Joe"............I
was able to produce hets in 2002...........so
hopefully one day we will see some "Baby
Joes"............I do know that VPI
has one that is very similar and they may
be calling it a " Sulfur IMG "............I
know what mine lo oked
like as a baby............he was practically
black and white.............the others that
I have seen seem to be snakes that matured
into the IMG coloration?.............so
time will tell on these beauties .............status
as of no is UNPROVEN.
As
of 2005 Dirty Joe has been bred to two of
his "het" daughters............no
"baby Joes" were produced from
two clutches. I will try the breeding one
more season to make sure.
